Usage
1. Conduct daily inspections according to the prescribed routes and time periods, and it is strictly prohibited to walk through the scene without proper inspections; During the inspection, it is necessary to "listen, see, touch, smell, and inspect" without leaving any blind spots.
2. The designated inspectors on a daily basis are responsible for implementing safety regulations and operating procedures for the entire warehouse and their respective positions in accordance with the principle of "whoever inspects is responsible". Conduct a 24-hour patrol inspection of the operation of equipment and facilities, and increase the inspection efforts in case of major operations, abnormal weather, and other special circumstances.
3. Clarify the job responsibilities of inspection personnel and standardize the inspection work behavior. Timely identify and rectify potential accidents, stop the phenomenon of "three violations", and ensure production safety.
4. Establish an evaluation system based on the inspection data collected and analyzed on the system platform, and evaluate the inspection personnel on a monthly basis. The evaluation includes the number of identified hazards, rectification rate, number of accidents avoided, and safety rationalization suggestions.
